Dublin cluster is a mess, especially if you are working as a DCO! Incompetent managers, unrealistic targets and nepotism is the norm. As a tech, the only way to get promoted to the next job level (or even raise your annual salary at your current level) is to become your manger's bootlicker. Data Center management is the main issue! Externally hired managers lack the DC industry experience , while the "promoted-to-mgmt-techs" are lacking the leadership qualities.
