Pros

The company provides a solid foundation in quality assurance practices within the gaming industry, offering valuable hands-on experience and well-structured training. Additionally, the workplace environment is welcoming, with colleagues who are friendly, supportive, and collaborative—making it a great place to learn and grow professionally.

Cons

Career growth within the organization appears to be limited, with advancement opportunities seemingly influenced more by internal affiliations than by individual performance or merit. Compensation during the probationary period is notably below industry standards, which may affect employee motivation and retention. Additionally, there have been instances where upper management appears to overlook or ignore internal concerns, allowing issues to persist unresolved. The presence of authoritative or power-tripping behavior from certain leaders also contributes to a work environment that can feel discouraging and unbalanced.

Pros

Creative Core, was One of the most welcoming teams I have ever experienced even though it was remote work I felt very connected to the team. Faced big challenges and tough deadlines which may have caused drama, this team did a great job navigating those issues.

Cons

The company wasn’t able to survive the bloodbath in tech. It’s too bad they had to scale back and return to their core services.

Pros

Ridiculously dedicated Leadership with nothing but Humanistic and Long Term vision and dedication. Exec Team and Team Leaders spend a lot of hours trying to ensure their people will be taken care of the best way possible, even in the current industry environment. As an employee who witnessed the heart and soul of the leadership on a fairly regular basis, I can say with all honesty, I've never seen a company fight harder for the team members.

Cons

- Weak benefits due to the current economy and ability to scale. - Uncertainty in current and future projects promotes unhealthy morale in the ranks
