Cons
This review is based on my personal experience working at Amenitiz for 1.5 years.
During that time, I saw firsthand how poorly managed this company is. Leadership operates in a strict vertical hierarchy where input from employees is disregarded, and overworking is glorified as part of the “fast-paced environment.” In reality, the chaos comes from a complete lack of organization, structure, and expertise, which forces employees to work under constant urgency and pressure.
Burnout is extremely common, turnover is incredibly high and so are layoffs. The company claims to have strong values, but these are nothing more than a facade—there’s no alignment between what they preach and how they actually operate.
I also witnessed and heard about deeply disturbing and unacceptable behavior from people in power. Multiple complaints were filed with HR, yet the company chose to look the other way instead of taking action. Additionally, I personally heard racist and misogynistic comments from leadership, which contributed to an overall toxic work environment.
There’s little to no flexibility when it comes to remote work, and leadership has made it clear that this won’t change. What’s worse is that HR and management are fully aware of how employees feel and what needs to be improved—they just don’t care enough to fix it.
Again, this is just my personal experience, and others may feel differently. But if you’re considering working here, I’d recommend thinking twice. The stress, lack of respect, and high turnover speak for themselves.
