Pros
Even though it feels like prison you have a job so I guess that's a pro. Once in awhile you can look out the window and see the real world.
Cons
Management likes to pretend like they care. They give a lot of false hope and promises to get you in the door and then you find the real truth. I'd said there are about 5 people in the company who make any money and four of them are owners. There is a reason there has been a mass exodus of employees in the last year, when I started there a couple of years ago there were over 60 employees now they struggle to keep 20. Once you deduct your benefits you are making minimum wage at best. Out of pocket costs on insurance is $300-$900 based on how many people you want to cover. You are constantly scrutinized and ridiculed everyday. This ship is sinking fast, and the paper you get is garbage no way to get promoted unless you kiss but and pray that you can take over paper from someone who left.
