Pros
Fun company to work for. Danesh and several others are great mentors who taught me many different things from management to IT skills. Company encourages education and will pay for it. Lots of very talented people to learn from.
Cons
Pager duty was the worst. Having a set of clients to monitor would be better. Having too many clients is not fun however you learn quite a bit.
