I don't like that Animal Behavior College started a new policy to "encourage" employees to write only positive Glassdoor reviews. The school was upset that many employees wrote bad reviews and showed what it was really like to work at the school. Management setup a schedule for select employees to write only good reviews to take advantage of something called SEO. The reviews are so well timed that once a month there's always a good review written about the school. The good reviews were written were mostly by managers who make more money than the other employees.
Every review they wrote in 2018 was always how great it was to work at Animal Behavior College and they never wrote anything truly negative about the school. The positives are very similar using similar statements about teamwork, workload, flexibility, etc. written to reinforce certain values that the school wants wants people to think they care about. The fake reviews are also almost identical with the same "I don't have any cons" or similar con statement devoid of true criticism because Animal Behavior College looked over each review before that employee posted it on Glassdoor.
How is it that in 2018 suddenly every review is how the school is so great with no cons? Because there was a school-wide effort to fool Glassdoor and the public. I don't agree with this and feel like the school is abusing its power.
