Pros
Pay was good, benefits were OK, but new benefits administration (2025) partner is harder to deal with.
Cons
In past years, when a project ran its course, consultants would be allowed to take training or search for an upcoming open role. 2025 it has completely changed, cutthroat process now, people are fired in a week or two, and the severance is what I would call bare minimum. They also now cut benefits the day they let you go, so you have to start paying for Cobra the next day.
