It's a fast-paced environment and a smaller team, so you'll always be busy. This creates a lot of excitement and opportunity, but could potentially overwhelming for those who prefer a slow pace of work.

Management genuinely asks for suggestions every quarter, and these are discussed in quarterly planning meetings. - The company culture here has genuinely transformed for the better, (especially compared to some of the older reviews you might see). The team has worked incredibly hard to build a positive workplace, with initiatives like our DEI and Professional Development committees, and focus groups for our Employee Net Promoter Score reviews to discuss feedback and decide on new initiatives. - When I was considering joining, I was initially concerned about some of the old Glassdoor reviews.
