Tech stack is spreading kind of wide, leaving the core APM a bit behind.
The server side of the platform is way too monolithic still which is causing trouble at biggest accounts - but it's being worked on.
I hear of turf battles in engineering, although being remote I am largely insulated from them
The PM organization is really weak and is not hiring the right kind of talent - we need technology-strong PMs but get folks who are only Excel/PowerPoint pushers. My references to strong tech PMs went unread/uncontacted
Petty, but no reimbursement for home office internet is a first for me in working remotely for last 15 years. Apparently I get a Regis office and expense that, but not the internet?
