World-class sales process, massive investment in their people, well thought out enablement to get people ramped up and productive quickly and a structure that focuses on professional development. Yes, this job is challenging. No, this job isn't for everyone. But for those that do earn employment at AppD, you will grow as a salesperson more than you will at any company. If you realize the opportunity afforded to you here, and check your ego at the door, you will grow and mature into someone who sees deals in an entirely new way. THAT has been the most fun part for me. Further, the product is amazing and solves real world customer problems. It's amazingly fun to work at a place where your customers...literally...cheer when you deploy tech.
