Pros
AppDynamics has some of the best people I've worked with. The Field Reps, which in other companies just throw SEs in to meetings, instead do a lot of prep work and bring true value to the process. I also love my boss, who takes care of us as well as leading the group into new areas.
Cons
Interesting being part of Cisco, where the majority of the employees don't really understand software.
