The company is going in a positive direction and is driven to succeed and lead the market. Everyone follows Steve's direction and if you like not having to think about what your next move should be, Apple is perfect. They are the only ones really innovating in a way that helps the users. The overall atmosphere is good and somewhat laidback, but if you want to get ahead, you'll need to work 24/7 and be the smartest person you know. If you aren't then be satisfied just having a job there
