Pros
Building facilities including gym, wellness centre etc. Benefits like dental, health etc.
Cons
Serious level of micromanagement. Lack of funding for basic activities. Lack of flexibilities with regards to how you to do your job. Statutory minimum holiday days. No social life in the building. Food is great but you have to pay for it. Subsidised but still more expensive than other companies with subsidised food and tbh it is industry standard to offer free food. Shows greed with the company culture.
