You are able to help make people's lives better through sharing knowledge. You learn more about Macs and computers through your day to day interactions with colleagues and customers than you would in a lifetime of reading blog posts and how-to manuals.
Cons
With the growth of Apple Retail, Apple, like most retail companies, wants to hire hundreds of employees all at low part-time hours. That way, they can filter turnover easily while not extending valuable benefits to all or most of its employees.
