Pros

Your resume probably would have one of the strongest impression for working at Apple. The role will be challenging but therefore you will definitely be good at what you are doing. The people you meet are phenomenal and unbelievably intelligent. You talk to 5 people with one problem and they each give you different solution, but all of them are essential and right for the customer.

Cons

I found the pay to be a bit low for the skillset/commitment required by the employee. You will need to admit the fact that you are in the support team after all and therefore you really need to sprint to build your asset; because you will not learn how to code like an engineer, how to sell like a seller, or how to be educated in finance/logistics/procurement/etc. Your tools for success will be the tools developed for the company, or the stakeholder relationships you have built. You are really on your own when it comes to building your career path. With that said, you will get to work with many departments (mentioned above). As a member of a centralized team, you are responsible for coming up with what top-notch service you can bring to the customers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for your own career. It is not recommended if you are type of person who is looking to work in an easy environment where you don't have to work hard but still get paid because you work for a tech giant.

Cons

ZERO ZERO ZERO work/life balance. Execs have been saying for YEARS that they understand and will make it better. But in actuality, it gets worse every year! It is obviously top management LIP SERVICE because if they meant it, they could fix it tomorrow. They have hundreds of BILLIONS in the bank. If they REALLY cared about employee work/life balance, they could bring aboard the right number of folks to make that issue dissolve. Sick of hearing the lies. Just don't lie about wanting to fix it, when they clearly DON'T care
