Pros
excellent company culture, fantastic products, all the necessary tools, state-of-the-art technology, and talent everywhere. Respect for employees and constant focus on Diversity.
Cons
Very secretive culture. People operate on a need-to-know basis. Might not be everyone's cup of tea. They get the best people in each field and most likely people will keep doing the job they were hired for without moving across the company in different roles. Extremely difficult to move from Manager to Director.
