Pros

Apple Print & Creative is hands down one of the friendliest teams I’ve ever worked with. There’s a real sense of support, collaboration, and positivity across all departments — everyone genuinely wants each other to succeed. The company also offers amazing benefits that go above and beyond industry standards, showing they truly value their people. It’s a place where hard work is recognised, creativity is encouraged, and the culture makes you look forward to Mondays.

Cons

Honestly, very few. Like any fast-paced creative agency, deadlines can be tight at times — but the supportive team and great environment more than make up for it.

Pros

There are some great people. I don't know how they trick them into working here, but you get some very good people in there and you bond quickly over the bad times.

Cons

Incredibly short turnaround on every single project, and never any positive results because there's no time to set up something that can be followed through on. Not once did management listen to anything that was said to them - they set up an employee satisfaction survey and never published the results, nor did they act on anything in there. People would leave and no one would say anything so speculation is always rife throughout about why they've gone. There was a whisper culture because there was no communication from management. Absolutely zero WFH allowed, even in an emergency (unless you're a director, then it's fine). Promotion is entirely based on favouritism, which means that people are promoted without any training and then continue with no training, so there are people higher up who don't really know what they're doing. There are no processes in place, onboarding is boring and confusing, projects are aimless and, when there's actually work to go around, people are stressed because they are completely unorganised due to lack of processes to keep track of everything. This is a place that seems to slowly drain the enthusiasm and creativity out of the great people they somehow get working here. There were multiple people off on stress due to the environment. It is not a good place to work.
