Pros
Good pay, nice coworkers, some opportunity Jeff and Phillip are also great people.
Cons
The upper management can be really rude and blunt at times. Typically not understanding an often rude. I was fired without a reason being given to me after being moved to an understaffed property where I didn't even have an onsite manager to assist me because she was managing two properties. They did not prepare me to succeed towards the end nor try and correct me to guide me in the wrong direction. The only true managers who seemed to care or teach me were Lara, Kate, and Shannon. I just feel let down and thrown out. Not sure where I went wrong
