Hyper-defensive & toxic upper management; No training or development; Admissions and marketing leadership is non-existent since they were fired or left; If you don't enroll and start the number of students management specifies two 5-week starts in a row, you're fired. *That last point sounded easy to me when I signed on here, since I've always been successful at admissions. Make no mistake, the culture this policy creates is demoralizing, and without a director or someone running the marketing department, get ready to lose in a profound way... along with the school itself.
