Pros
Okay rate of pay you do 44 hours a week so it inflates your wage, good sick pay, holidays, benefits and a clear path for a wage rise every year.
Cons
Every second Saturday working, sometimes end up working extra Saturdays with prep/volume of work. This ended up feeling like you were never away from the place. You got rewarded with overtime at time and a half and sure it bumps up the pay but you end up with little time outside of work. Pretty poor workshop conditions, hardly feels like working in a multi billion pound company or main dealer. Lack of investment in special tools to make the job easier, just the usual get it done attitude which is fine……but not for a main dealer
