Hi, Lynne here. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review – it sounds like you had a fairly mixed experience with us. Firstly, I’m glad you enjoyed working with your team. We know our customer-facing roles can be challenging, but it makes a huge difference when you have a group of supportive colleagues and managers around you. As for your negatives, we do encourage hard work at every level of the business, and we welcome people who are committed and take pride in their work. However, we certainly don’t want this to be to the detriment of anyone’s mental health. We know the benefits of a healthy work-life balance and we actively promote this at all levels of the business – that’s why we have flexible working approaches so that every employee can enjoy time for the things that matter most to them. For any employee that doesn’t have the flexibility they need in their role, I would encourage them to speak to the People Team – they offer help and advice in the strictest of confidence.
