Solid company in a niche/unique industry with a lot going for it. I genuinely enjoyed working with the vast majority of people in multiple different departments. Individual contributors are folks who care a lot about the work they do and take pride/ownership of their respective areas. Managers typically lead by example and are compassionate/flexible. There are quite a few standouts in the executive team as well that work hard, lead by example, and are overall inspiring and a joy to work with.

That said, as with any company there are some downsides, communication can be inconsistent at times, and priorities often shift...sometimes with clarity, sometimes without. Processes can also feel a bit fragmented depending on the team but to be fair there has been a recent push towards automating internal processes. Decently-sized company with a "startup" feel - not always in a positive way. It is generally pretty fast-paced and critical projects are always launching, so working here definitely requires strong learning agility, which may be a pro or a con depending on how you look at it.
