Pros
Good salary with bonus at the beginning of the year. Good benefits and good work life balance. Some really good people to work with, weather they are AstraZeneca employees or out sourced employees.
Cons
New management seems to be out of touch with is going on at the local level. There is a push to out source many jobs. Some groups have been cut down so much that it's hard for them to be effective.
