Pros

Good benefits Good people to work with Variety in workload

Cons

Too much work + additional work streams outside day to day role making it harder to complete project tasks without burning out Project process is not as slick as it could be, which drives down efficiency Lots of administrative activities for the teams, feels a bit disjointed and constantly relies on memos and 3 or 4 different methods of communicating - storing documents Big discrepancies in pay across the team Difficult to speak up and be honest/have opinions Culture making it increasingly difficult to hold others to account - with no blame culture a lot of people fly under the radar doing the bare minimum while others are overloaded Favouritism regardless of how hard you work - if they like you, you'll be promoted

Pros

The page is friendly to make an application.

Cons

As an experienced healthcare analytics and commercial leader, I applied to 104 U.S.-based positions at AstraZeneca between 2025 and 2026 that closely matched my background. Despite receiving interviews from peer organizations, I did not receive a single recruiter interaction. I fully understand the competitiveness of hiring, but such a complete lack of engagement raises questions about potential overreliance on AI screening or unintended bias.
