Pros
Pay, benefits, friendly culture, knowledgeable managers, overall very good all around
Cons
They are absurdly strict about any remote work. You're husband could literally be dying of cancer, and they'd want you in the office for the minimum of 3 days a week if you're working. Its strange because they also don't allow travel to collaborate with other sites very frequently, due to the carbon footprint. In many roles, teams are scattered throughout the world, so there's hardly any in person collaboration when going into the office. They only value in-person collaboration when it inconveniences the employee. They don't care about carbon output when it's created through commuting. I also reduced a star in inclusion and diversity because of the open office. Many neurodivergent employees cannot focus in that set up. There are not adequate quiet spaces to work.
