Cons
- There's a lack of guidance here, from up top. Questionable management experience from above. - Lack of staff (Missing two key sales presence in sales/marketing team) - When I mentioned learning above, more so it's learning that I brought upon myself (not really a negative, but expect to reach out for learning, it will not come to you) - PR runs all...a bit difficult to work with when you're trying to reach realistic expectations while PR only cares about announces and reviews, regardless of product availability. - Creative feedback from many different directions causes projects to be delayed due to many revisions. - Management claims that everyone has to work as a team, but picks and chooses who is actually working as a team member, causing low morale (this is only in certain areas of the company). - Lack of standard, every time a new project or idea arises, it's almost like an entire overhaul, instead of having a standard and using that standard to build upon. - Unrealistic expectations for many projects, relating to deadlines and capabilities - The feeling that a lot of gossip happens (can't verify this to be true, but certain people give off a vibe if they feel a certain way about you) - No standardized work flow. Seems like if there is a project, it s a new group everytime that is working on it...involving the same people but leaving out others, which leads to bad communication. - Not sure there is room for growth in career. No support for further educational opportunities. - Perception seems to carry more weight than the work you do (this is almost at every job, but its amplified here due to small size of the company) - Company expenses can take forever to get back - No company cards. - Situated next to a homeless shelter - No parking lot for employees -
