Health Insurance 100% - I have kids often in/put of Urgent cares and it takes good care of you. I just have to pay $25 co-pay and I have access to best doctors in OC and anywhere.

High Coding standards
I came to AG around 10 months ago - since then my growth in mobile engineering have been exponential. Clean coding, Code reviews, CI/CD, Documentation, Secure coding, Private labels and much more. I have never seen a startup with such high standards in Engineering dept.
Very sad to see the other reviews.. I think AG has been cleaned and sometimes to grow big you have to hit the rock bottom and once you hit the rock bottom next step is going high up.
AG has a new life line under the new CEO ... if you are looking for new challenge and need to grow in knowledge I would recommend this place.
As an Engineer I always look for new challenges so my focus is not at all with some other gossip. It is important that the new CEO gets the chance and he has vision
so it is not going to be easy journey but AG is going to grow
