      Great scheduling team. It was smart, hard working, and customer service focused.

      Cons

      Avanade chose to offshore all of scheduling (and corporate functions) due to cost. It is unfortunate because they had one of the best teams in the business.

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle
