Avanade offer tons of training to help with both career growth, financial growth, and personal growth. They are a people company. The experience and career at Avanade is what you make it, they provide the tools to be successful, you just have to make time to use them.
Cons
Even though there's a good career tracking system in place, sometimes politics get in the way of advancement within certain verticals of the company. While training is key to Avanade, it's difficut to take time away from deliverables to leverage all that's available and meet minimum training requirements.
