Pros

Very strong mission Very strong technical n talented resources Very good package in general Very good management

Cons

Working for Avanade is awesome, but is not Avanade only you work for, Accenture managers and business leads will always be their over you head making life toxic and clients overwhelmed, never missing an opportunity to make untechnical n uneducated decisions They treat the Dev resources like and worst than working horses and will end up writing your feedback and annual reviews One bad Accenture manager (and they are a lot) can cause you a lot of damage, Plus... you will end up traveling to client offices from NY to CA and sometime they will ask you to relocate You have th right to deny first 2 or 3 offers to work for a client out of state, but then you will feel the pressure from your leads, which will make you eventually leave, and take. Flight every weekend to far away remote location, for at least 4 month in a row

Pros

A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

Cons

There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
