Pros
Avanade provides good training if you are relatively new to working with Microsoft technologies and products.
Cons
Not any better than working at a body shop firm Projects can go very badly and there is little if any recognition on the part of management and no action on the part of management The sales people don't seem to know or care what they are selling. They don't have to implement it. Travel can be ridiculous. I worked on an east coast project with people who lived on the west coast. No work-life balance.
