Pros
Great people, clients can be easy to work with and the overall company has a bigger vision to support employees and to sustain work life balance. Projects are challenging but you grow your skillset if you're up for the challenge
Cons
No career growth. Decisions made from the global level does not get passed down to regional management and regional management make it hard for individuals to grow in the career. I had a manager who intentionally made a decision to keep me in my current level even after I made several attempt to express my career and growth aspiration within the company.
