Fake culture - It’s hard to speak nicely about a company when everything you thought you knew about them ended up being a lie. As long as times are good, there is a lot of talk about caring for employees and being a team. As soon as anything goes wrong, they take no accountability. The whole “culture” of “do what matters” is a complete charade. If you work here, make sure to keep your guard up.
