      Interesting projects, cloud projects, some teams are really cool

      Cons

      There are some people that do not follow the avanade motto "people first". Those people have their own friends and acquaintances promoted, even though they are fewer time and in fewer projects than other employees.

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle
