Pros

Stable company to work for. Tech Budget $2K Paid Certs Decent company, but avoid Redmond,WA as it's run separately by few moron

Cons

Benefits and net pay is a joke & even though you could potentially fly all over US, but the Seattle/Redmond HR will give you 1% specifically in Seattle/Redmond area where the HR has been purchased by old MS Region VP's who gave them director titles to keep things (Hush hush). It's like the 80's culture here as there really is no culture. Recently got rid of Regional model again, but that's subject to change. Avoid MS projects at all cost, not that MS projects are any bad but MS Regional Avanade Leadership are all homegrown leaders who still have coding mentality & no leadership skills. The leadership at MS Region gets coached by Grp Managers and Directors on how to be a leader.... Your fate is in the hands of those very Einstein's who decides your promotions. Every single person knows Redmond Is a joke, with 80% turn over rate within less then 2 years. More ill informed decisions, more haste, more waste. Plans and priorities change daily. Everybody spending all their time telling anyone who will listen why it’s all somebody else’s fault. Kind of resembles a kindergarten class of crack addicted princesses! This page is not long enough, but run as fast as you can........

Pros

A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

Cons

There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
