Pros
After leaving Avanade, I look back and recall how amazing the culture was. Importance of integrity, transparency, hard work, fun people were all critical. I was especially impressed with the focus on diverse points of view from people of different genders, races, backgrounds and perspectives on our client's key issues.
Cons
It is a part of Accenture. While a great company, Accenture has processes and procedures built for mega clients... while Avanade's target customer base requires them to be more nimble, creative and unstructured in how work gets done.
