Pros
Avanade is finally taking steps into the strategy & business change arena. This will let Avanade capitalize on work out side of the traditional Microsoft SI bucket the company has played in. The company is fantastically supportive of BD's willing to go and hunt for new work & to focus outside of ambulance chasing Accenture & Microsoft. The company has a very strong community and support network in place with Leadership being 100% focussed on growing the business naturally. I have never experience a company so willing to support a driven BD. This is a company for entreprenurs and self-starters. Those expecting to be handheld and coddled should look elsewhere.

Archaic, Kafkaesque process. Avanade is trying to become a sales organisation, however leadership needs to do more to cultivate a sales culture
