Pros

Some of the people were good to work with. Some of the luckier ones would have one or two good years - at most.

Cons

- Always project and assign numbers that are un-achievable (i.e. 20% growth in a market that is Shrinking annually by 5-10%) - Completely missed the boat on Cloud and Managed services offerings. - Comp plans are completely geared to avoiding paying employee. - Always in crisis/react mode - even when "planning for future fiscal years" - Field is largely ignored - Bureaucracy is rampant - Systems are horrible, and act as an impediment to sales

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
