      Pros

      Good company to work at! Great people, good carreer oportunities, emerging technologies, working conditions are good as well as customer relationships.

      Cons

      Salaries are not good, bonus has been very very low in the last 5 years. Company's income has decreased in the last years. Management team is not accessible, company strategies are not well known by employees.

      Pros

      The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

      Cons

      The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
