Honestly, I can’t wait until after the pandemic to leave. This company’s management is equivalent to a grade 12 thesis project. Every leader at Avaya should be looked into and their Amex should be audited, starting from the top. No one knows about Avaya, the company has no marketing no brand awareness, partners hate us. No one enjoys working here and everyone here is here because they’re waiting to retire and can’t leave because of pension. It is the most toxic environment I’ve ever been in. Avaya is not a leader in telephone and management has no idea what they’re doing.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
