Pros

Not tied to a desk. You can bring your company vehicle home and report directly to your first customer stop without reporting to an office. Manage your own workload. Each day is different. Great benefits and pay. Plenty of overtime. Very challenging. Always something new to learn.

Cons

Very little technical support. Must find everything you need to know on the internet. Not an 8 to 5 job. Customer needs dictate your work hours. One week a month you have to take the on call duty for 24 hour coverage. Very large area to cover, all of northern Illinois.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
