Pros

Salary/compensation is at par with the best companies Flexible working hours virtual office vacation benefits good for freshers and starters

Cons

no career growth opportunities management is not transparent about anything, especially NES integration. I think the ironing of strategic decisions has not happened. Strategy of Aura has failed with SIP not stable. Products - Aura portfolio will be in maintenance mode for 2 yrs, which is 2011 mid..Cant see of a bigger innvovation than Aura coming in for the next 4 years. On the whole, not at all clear where Avaya is heading to. It may be the maintenance projects and few sale accounts for Aura that will help the company move. Also, in a bid to keep the balance sheet neat there could be cost cuts and employee layoffs.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
