Pros
Avaya has great benefits and they pay well. Their products are solid.
Cons
Avaya has great benefits and they pay well. However, they don't seem to want to compete in the market with their competitors very aggressively, there isn't a company direction that 's communicated downstream, there are too many entrenched, old guard "Bell heads" running things, and the bureaucracy can be stifling. Promotions often left me scratching my head. They seemed to actively seek out the weakest possible candidates.
