Pros
The most positive part of working for Avaya is the overall training and experience I gained by being thrown into difficult situations. While Avaya had a vast number of tools for training nothing prepared me for the day to day than being handed a problem.
Cons
I worked there for over 5 years and received only one raise. The majority of Avaya is outsourced and the Human Resource department does what is best for the company and does not fight for the employee. Managers have no power to make decisions as everything is handled at higher levels. The Power Of We only applies to executives that don't understand the day to day business.
