      Flexibility. Hybrid schedule with remote days and 9-80 schedule

      Cons

      Aside from flexibility, this place ticks no boxes for what im looking for in career or job satisfaction. Zero empowerment, zero career development or opportunities. Completely thankless. Zero recognition. Leadership has no presence whatsoever.

      - Great Programs that bring consistent challenges - Good Benefits - Feels Stable - Employees at Space and Mission Systems division are incredible and fun to work with!

      Cons

      - Got rid of Ball Aerospace Pension which is a huge mistake.
