Pros
Service sector of BAE has high turnover and therefore will hire almost anyone to fill open positions. Challenging and interesting work. A great way to get some experience and a security clearance for entry level employees.
Cons
Terrible management. This is a classic good ol boys club. Diversity is frowned upon, mostly a white male workforce. Movement within the company is discouraged since many contracts are struggling to retain talent. Management is totally reactive, expect to spend most of your days in crisis mode jumping from one emergency to the next.
