Unfair pay within teams, There are huge discrepancies in pay for the same job roles regardless of experience and work quality. The company operates as a call centre but will not acknowledge this nor have phone systems to support. Systems used are outdated and not fit for propose adding additional pressure to the office clerks to work around. Management do nothing to support their team. There is a blame culture and the pressure of this is pushed down to the office clerks who are unable to defend themselves. Progression is based purely by friendships which has created a clique atmosphere and encourages manipulative tactics from general staff. Due to the overwhelming negative reviews, BCM are encouraging positive reviews internally instead of looking to fix the issues. Typical response from a business that has no intention to change.
