Non appreaciated your hardwork, unless you are the favo staff. Nasty & rude managers. -New vs existing staffs Endless politics/gossip, unhealthy working culture/environment. Seniors don’t have the knowledge to guide, allocate most of work(even seniors part) to juniors. -HR Poor advise & consultation Don’t understand well to co. policy -mentors USELESS! NOT A PLACE TO LEARN AND GAIN, BUT A PLACE TO CONTRIBUTE AND DONATE. 3 months gross salary and No. of months bond allowance+ laptop to compensate if you can’t make it to the bond period for 18months.
