Unfair dismissals common - staff that have spent 10years there "advised to see a lawyer" and escorted out of building!! Not a meritocracy - newer members of the team overlooked constantly Poor rewards compared to the big4 Less interesting projects than the big4 Rude and agressive middle managers HR and IT internal capabilities the worst I have seen anywhere, HR can't calculate Tax and loses key and confidentials documents as a matter of routine, IT especially the "ebusiness" team can't deliver projects Less intelligent staff than the big4
