Pros
BDO Australia is clearly the best structured (nationally) of the mid-tier, with clear national programs with a focus on learning and development, as well as overall quality. The strength of the brand is exceptional and is also clearly ahead of the rest of the mid-tier.
Cons
The leaders of the 'federation' of firms are small minded individuals who are clearly unable to look beyond their best interests; men who have been a part of the BDO brand for 30+ years and dominate the Brisbane market, but have no interest in allowing the firm to progress on a national basis unless they individually benefit from it.
